摘要
目的对比下颌切牙不同唇舌向倾斜角度对上下唇形态差异的影响,为正畸临床制定矫治计划提供参考。方法从北京口腔医院正畸科患者中筛选符合入组标准的年轻女性患者173人,按IMPA大小分成3组:T0组(正常组:∠IMPA 92.6°-99.6°)76人,T1组(下切牙唇倾组:∠IMPA>99.6°)57人,T2组(下切牙舌倾组:∠IMPA<85.6°)40人,测量上下唇厚、颏前点厚、上下唇长、上下唇倾角、颏沟倾角、Z角、鼻唇角12项唇形态指标,进行统计描述和ANOVA单因素方差分析,LSD两两比较对比不同组间唇形态差异。结果下切牙唇倾时上下唇厚、下唇长、下唇倾角、颏沟倾角及Z角减小,舌倾时增加。下唇基厚、上唇长在下切牙唇/舌倾时皆减小。结论上下唇形态与下切牙不同唇倾角度有关,下切牙正畸治疗后的最终定位会影响上下唇的美观。
Objective To compare the effect of different inclination of mandibular incisors on the morphology of the upper and lower lip.Methods A total of 173 young female patients were selected and divided into 3 groups according to IMPA size,T0 group(normal group:angle IMPA 92.6°-99.6°),T1 group(lower incisor lip inclination group:angle IMPA>106.6°),T2 group(lower incisor tongue inclination group:angle IMPA<85.6°).Twelve lip shape indexes including the thickness of upper and lower lip,the thickness of the anterior mental point,the length of upper and lower lip,the angle of upper and lower lip,the angle of mental groove,the Z angle and the nasolabial angle were measured.LSD was used to compare the differences in lip shape between different groups.Results When the lower incisor tilted,the thickness of the upper and lower lips,the length of the lower lips,the angle of the lower lips,the angle of the mental groove and the Z angle decreased,while the angle of the tongue increased.The base thickness of the lower lip and the length of the upper lip decreased when the lower incisor lip/tongue tilted.Conclusions The shape of the upper and lower lip is related to the different angle of the lower incisor.The final positioning of the lower incisor after orthodontic treatment will affect the appearance of the upper and lower lip.
