摘要
蒙顶甘露是恢复的历史名茶,为卷曲形名优绿茶的代表。茶树品种是决定茶叶品质的首要因素,目前,哪个品种适制蒙顶甘露未有定论,文章通过对12个茶树品种进行蒙顶甘露适制性研究,筛选出适制茶树品种,对稳定蒙顶甘露品质特征具有重要意义。通过对不同品种试制茶样的感官审评、生化成分分析,以及综合考虑筛选品种的接受度、价值属性,本研究筛选出适制蒙顶甘露的茶树品种为福选9号、川茶中小叶群体种等。
Mengding Ganlu is a restored historical famous tea,representing the curly and high-quality green tea.Tea cultivar is a primary factor determining the quality of tea.Currently,there is no consensus on which cultivar is suitable for producing Mengding ganlu.A study was conducted on the adaptabilities of 12 tea cultivars to produce Mengding ganlu,which is of great significance for stabilizing the quality characteristics of Mengding ganlu.Through sensory evaluation and biochemical composition analysis of tea samples of different cultivars,as well as comprehensive consideration of the acceptance and value attributes of the selected cultivars,this study identified tea cultivars suitable for producing Mengding ganlu,such as Fuxuan No.9 and Sichuan tea population.
