节理裂隙对露天采场陡倾边坡稳定性的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 节理裂隙对岩体的强度有着重要的影响,而露天矿开采中的边坡失稳多因岩体的强度较低所引起,因此,对节理裂隙进行研究有助于解决矿区开采的安全性问题。以土屋露天铜矿为工程背景,利用声波测井、测线法和节理宽度调查(赤平极射投影法)对矿区岩体节理裂隙进行分析,再利用离散元数值模拟的方法对不同节理产状的边坡进行佐证NPR锚索的力学试验模拟。研究表明:(1)根据调查结果可将矿区分成4个区域,其中Ⅰ区和Ⅲ区边坡岩体为4级围岩,Ⅱ区和Ⅳ区边坡岩体为5级围岩,矿区整体岩体质量较差,节理发育程度较高,存在边坡失稳问题;(2)NPR锚索具有超强的力学锚固特性,数值模拟试验对比中NPR锚索的约束效果为PR锚索的10倍左右,在破碎岩体中支护效果异常明显,体现出良好的补偿力学行为。本研究对露天矿区的边坡节理裂隙进行了综合分析,为其露天矿边坡的稳定性研究提供科学依据。 The joints and fissures have an important influence on the strength of the rock mass,and the instability of the slope in the open pit mining is mostly caused by the low strength of the rock mass.Therefore,research on joints and fissures is helpful to solve the safety problem of mining in mining areas.Taking Tuwu Open-pit Copper Mine as the engineering background,acoustic logging,line measurement method and joint width investigation(stereographic projection method)were used to analyze the rock mass joints and fractures in the mining area,and then discrete element numerical simulation method was used to carry out the mechanical test simulation of NPR anchor cable for slopes with different joint types.The research shows that:①According to the survey results,the mining area can be divided into four regions,among which the slope rock mass inⅠandⅢareas is level 4 rock mass,and the slope rock mass inⅡandⅣareas is level 5 rock mass.The overall quality of rock mass in the mining area is poor,the joint development degree is high,and the slope instability problem exists.②NPR anchor cable has strong mechanical anchoring characteristics,and the restraint effect of NPR anchor cable is about 10 times that of PR anchor cable in numerical simulation test comparison.The support effect of NPR anchor cable in broken rock is unusually obvious,reflecting good compensation mechanical behavior.In conclusion,a comprehensive analysis of the slope joints and fissures in the open-pit mine area provides a scientific basis for the stability research of the open-pit mine slope.
