摘要
目的:研究解毒凉血汤联合刺络放血对寻常型银屑病疗效及患者血清C反应蛋白(C-reaction protein,CRP)和降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)水平的影响。方法:将150例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为两组各75例。对照组服用阿维A胶囊,观察组联用解毒凉血汤和刺络放血疗法。比较两组患者T淋巴细胞亚群水平、血清CRP、PCT水平、生活质量、中医症状积分和有效率。结果:观察组有效率为96.00%(72/75),高于对照组的74.67%(56/75)(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者外周血CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)和CD4^(+)水平均升高,CD8^(+)水平、血清CRP和PCT水平及DLQI评分和中医症状积分均降低(P<0.05),观察组上述指标变化均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:解毒凉血汤联合刺络放血能抑制寻常型银屑病患者血清CRP和PCT表达,改善T淋巴细胞分布,减轻患者中医症状,改善生活质量。
Objective:To study clinical effects of Jiedu Liangxue Tang and bloodletting in treating psoriasis vulgaris and its impacts on the levels of CRP and PCT.Methods:All 150 patients were randomized into two groups.The control group took acitretin capsules,and the observation group adopted Jiedu Liangxue Tang and bloodletting.To compare the levels of T lymphocyte subsets,serum CPR and PCT,quality of life,TCM symptoms integrals and effective rate between both groups. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%(72/75), higher than 74.67%(56/75) of the control group (P<0.05);after the treatment, the levels of CD3^(+), CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) and CD4^(+) increased in peripheral blood in both groups while the levels of CD8^(+), serum CRP and PCT, DLQIscores and TCM symptom integrals decreased (P<0.05);the changes of the indexes of the observation group werebetter than these of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Jiedu Liangxue Tang and bloodletting in treatingpsoriasis vulgaris could inhibit the expressions of CRP and PCT, improve the distribution of T lymphocytes,alleviate the patients' symptoms and improve quality of life.
