摘要
炼厂加工原料中金属铁对炼油过程的影响日益突出,引发一系列后续问题。介绍了原油中铁的主要形态,分析了国内外铁含量较高的原油种类及特点,从固体颗粒类铁和石油酸类铁2种主要形态出发,研究了铁对电脱盐过程的影响及对策,运用原油管理理念,对从源头治理铁等污染物提出相关建议。
The influence of metal iron on the refinery process is becoming more and more prominent,triggering a series of subsequent issues.This paper introduced the main forms of iron in crude oil,analyzed the types and characteristics of crude oil with high iron content at home and abroad,and studied the influence of iron on the process of electric desalting and the countermeasures from the two main forms of solid particle iron and petroleum acid iron,using the concept of crude oil management,and proposed relevant suggestions for the source controlling of iron and other pollutants.
