摘要
目的探究供应商对公立医院耗材SPD供应链管理模式的评价及影响因素,为更好地促进医院和供应商的合作提供依据。方法2022年10—12月,采取便利抽样法在上海市抽取4家三级甲等医院的197家耗材供应商进行问卷调研。以频数、百分比进行统计描述,以logistic回归模型分析供应商对公立医院耗材SPD供应链管理模式评价的影响因素。结果51.8%的被调查供应商主要供应高值/植(介)入耗材,73.1%的注册资本小于500万元,属于中小微企业;对SPD供应链管理模式评价为认可及以上比例达90.36%;供应商所供应医院和供应商注册地两个因素是影响供应商对耗材SPD供应链管理模式评价有统计学意义的因素。结论SPD供应链管理模式虽然受到了耗材供应商的普遍好评,但医院管者也需要关注耗材SPD供应链管理模式下出现的新问题,关注注册地在医院周边和中小微供应商的合理需求,与供应商建立良好的合作关系。
Objective To explore the evaluation and influencing factors of suppliers on SPD supply chain management mode of consumables in public hospitals.Methods From October to December 2022,197 consumables suppliers from 4 tertiary Grade A hospitals in Shanghai were selected by convenience sampling method for questionnaire survey.The frequency and percentage were used for statistical description,and the logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of suppliers’evaluation of SPD supply chain management mode of consumables in public hospitals.Results 51.8%of the surveyed suppliers mainly supply high-value/plant(medium)import consumables,73.1%of the registered capital is less than 5 million yuan,belonging to small,medium and micro enterprises;90.36%of SPD supply chain management model was evaluated as good or above;The hospital supplied by the supplier and the place of registration of the supplier were the two factors that have a statistically significant impact on the supplier’s evaluation of SPD supply chain management mode of hospital consumables.Conclusion While the SPD supply chain management model has been generally well received by consumables suppliers,it is necessary to pay attention to the new problems in the SPD mode of consumables distribution,pay attention to the reasonable demands of small,medium and micro suppliers registered in the vicinity of the hospital,and establish a good cooperative supply relationship with suppliers.
