摘要
为在发电机发生故障时进行快速定位达到减少维修时间的目的,针对汽轮发电机动偏心、定子绕组匝间短路及复合故障下的气隙磁密、定子绕组电磁力进行理论解析和仿真研究。首先,分别对各状态下的气隙磁密、定子绕组电磁力进行理论解析;然后建立汽轮发电机各状态下的模型,进行仿真求解计算。结果表明,故障状态下的气隙磁密、定子绕组电磁力特征可以为汽轮发电机转子动偏心故障、定子绕组匝间短路故障及复合故障诊断提供参考。
In order to quickly locate the generator fault in order to reduce the maintenance time,theoretical analysis and simulation are carried out on the dynamic eccentricity of turbogenerator,turn-to-turn short circuit of stator winding and air gap magnetic density and electromagnetic force of stator winding under compound fault.First of all,the air gap magnetic density and stator winding electromagnetic force in each state are theoretically analyzed,and then the model of turbogenerator in each state is established and simulated.The results show that the characteristics of air gap magnetic density and stator winding electromagnetic force in fault state can provide reference for turbogenerator rotor dynamic eccentricity fault,stator winding turn-to-turn short circuit fault and compound fault diagnosis.
