摘要
现有沉箱出运封堵工艺主要针对小型进水窗,一般采用面板带肋式封堵板固定在隔墙预埋圆台来避免串水。但大型进水窗所承受的水压力增大,超出常用的面板带肋式封堵板的承载能力。同时,大型进水窗需分层预制,圆台预埋件安装难以保持在同一条直线,且施工难度大,影响施工效率。本文以青岛地区的青岛港董家口港区华能码头二期沉箱码头工程为例,讲述大型封堵板在沉箱出运封堵工艺上的应用与效果。
The existing plugging technology mainly applies to small-size water inlets of outbound caissons.Generally,a ribbed sealing plate is fixed on the pre-embedded round platform of partition wall to prevent water from connection.However,the water pressure on large water inlet exceeds the bearing capacity of commonly used ribbed plugging plate.At the same time,large water inlet need to be prefabricated by layers,thus it is difficult to align the above embedded parts with one straight line.In addition,the difficulty in construction also affects the construction efficiency.Huaneng Phase-2 caisson terminal at Dongjiakou Harbor of Qingdao Port is studied to show the application of large plugging plates in sealing the outbound caissons.
