地铁车站侧墙混凝土温度应力的多因素影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对地铁车站结构侧墙施工期出现的开裂问题,分析侧墙开裂原因,采用ABAQUS有限元软件,对其用户子程序二次开发,模拟混凝土的温度场和应力场随时间的发展变化过程,分析混凝土的不同入模温度、不同模板支护方式和外界气温骤降对温度应力的影响,以及地铁车站侧墙混凝土温度应力的变化规律。结果表明:混凝土内部温度峰值时刻不是内外温差最大时刻,随着入模温度的升高,温度应力增大;采用钢模板支护能降低内部温度峰值,采用木模板支护能降低内外温差;外界气温骤降引起的混凝土表面温度应力较大,开裂风险较高。影响大体积混凝土温度应力的因素应考虑入模温度、模板类型(钢或木模板)和外界气温综合因素的影响,该研究可为类似工程提供参考。 In view of the cracking problem of the side wall of subway station structure during the construction period,the causes of cracking of the side wall are analyzed.ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate the changing process of the temperature field and stress field of concrete with the development of time.This paper discusses the influence of different mold temperature,different formwork support and external temperature drop on the temperature stress,and studies the change rule of temperature stress of the side wall concrete of subway station.The results show that the peak temperature of concrete internal temperature is not the maximum temperature difference between inside and outside,and the temperature stress increases with the increase of mold temperature.Using steel formwork can reduce the peak temperature inside and using wood formwork can reduce the temperature difference inside and outside.The temperature stress on the surface of concrete caused by the sudden drop of external temperature is greater and the risk of cracking is higher.The factors that affect the temperature stress of mass concrete should consider the influence of the temperature of formwork,the type of formwork(steel or wood formwork)and the outside temperature.The study can provide reference for similar projects.
