摘要
伴随工业化进程的加速,焦化产业成为了中国重要的能源行业。然而,焦化过程中产生成分复杂的废水对人类健康和环境造成了严重威胁。焦化废水是焦煤在高热干馏、煤气洗涤、产物回收与制作过程中所形成的污染物浓度高、降解难度大的有毒废水。如何高效地处理焦化废水成为了当前水污染治理研究的热点之一。文中介绍了焦化废水的来源和危害,探讨了焦化废水的水质特征,明确了废水治理的重要性,重点论述了物理、化学、生物3种典型焦化废水的治理方法,并提出了发展方向,以供参考。
With the acceleration of industrialization process,coking industry has become an important energy industry in China.However,the wastewater with complicated composition produced in the coking process posed a serious threat to human health and the environment.Coking wastewater was a toxic wastewater of high pollutant concentration and difficult degradation,which was formed in the process of high heat distillation,gas scrubbing,product recovery and preparation.How to treat coking wastewater efficiently had become one of the hot spots in water pollution control research.This paper introduced the source and hazard of coking wastewater,discussed the water quality characteristics of coking wastewater,defined the importance of wastewater treatment,focused on the physical,chemical and biological treatment methods of three typical coking wastewater,and put forward the development direction for reference.
