摘要
预制菜产业作为新一轮餐饮业发展的新宠,具有便捷、高效和多元化的特性,可以满足现代生活对餐饮提出的新要求。湛江市属亚热带季风气候,温润多雨的自然条件有利于禽、畜、渔、果、蔬等的生长,可确保禽肉、水产、果蔬等预制菜产业发展所需的原料供应。本文通过系统分析湛江预制菜产业发展的优势及存在的问题,提出通过创新、品质、文化和渠道4方面集中发力,进一步推动产业链、价值链、供应链“三链”同向发力,力求探索湛江预制菜产业发展的新路径。
Pre-made food industry as a new round of catering industry development of the new favorite,it has the characteristics of convenience,high efficiency and diversification,it can adapt to the new requirements of modern life for catering.Zhanjiang has a subtropical monsoon climate,the moist and rainy natural conditions are conducive to the growth of livestock,fish,fruits and vegetables.Ensures that poultry meat,aquatic products,fruits and vegetables such as prefabricated food industry development required for supply of raw materials.This article through the systematic analysis of the avantages and problems affecting the development of Zhanjiang prepared vegetable industry,it proposes to make efforts in innovation,quality,culture and channel,further promote the"three chains"of industrial chain,value chain and supply chain,and strive to explore a new path for the development of Zhanjiang prepared vegetable industry.
