摘要
基于废弃塑料瓶中空层的保温效应提出了一种新型的利用废弃塑料瓶组合现有保温板材形成的保温节能板材。通过六种不同的保温材料与废弃塑料瓶的热学性能分析,发现真空绝热板与废弃塑料瓶组合拥有最佳的建筑使用性能,其次岩棉板-塑料瓶、酚醛保温板-塑料瓶、改性聚苯板-塑料瓶等组合也是较好的保温节能材料。
Based on the insulation effect of the hollow layer of discarded plastic bottles,this paper proposed a new type of recycling of discarded plastic bottles combined with existing insulation panels to form a new type of insulation and energy-saving panels,and through the analysis of the thermal performance of six different insulation materials and discarded plastic bottles,it is found that the combination of vacuum insulation board and discarded plastic bottles has the best performance for building use,followed by rock wool board-plastic bottles,phenolic insulation board-plastic bottle,and modified polystyrene board-plastic bottle are also good thermal insulation materials.
