摘要
文章分析了影响江西铜业股份有限公司贵溪冶炼厂新材料车间精碲生产线4N碲产品品质的主要因素,通过试验探索,跟踪电解液游离碱度、煮洗时长、不同除杂剂、浇铸温度等因素对4N碲产品含钠的影响。通过降低浇铸熔化时温度和设计测4N碲浇铸炉温装置,4N碲产品含钠量明显降低,稳定了产品品质。
Analyzing the chief factors of affecting the 4N tellurium product quality in tellurium production line in new material workshop,Guixi Smelter,Jiangxi Copper Company Limited.Through the experimental exploration,following the influence of the free alkalinity of the electrolyte,different diggers,cooking time,casting temperature,and other factors.By reducing the emperature at casting and melting,and designing the detection temperature device of 4N tellurium product,the sodium content in 4N tellurium product was debased significantly,stabilized the product quality.
