摘要
对聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)压电薄膜的工作原理及其在传感器领域的优势进行了简单阐述,重点从PVDF材料的压电性能和介电性能的改进方向进行了分析,主要包括材料掺杂和工艺优化。总结和分析了国内外研究中PVDF掺杂无机压电材料、金属及其氧化物、碳基材料来改善薄膜性能的工作原理和优势,并对工艺研究中的静电纺丝技术、电流体动力拉拔技术、挤压铸造工艺进行了简单评述。总结了近年来PVDF压电复合材料在传感器领域的研究进展,及其在可穿戴设备、声波传感器和人机交互等领域的应用,最后对PVDF材料的发展方向进行了总结和展望。
The operating principle of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)piezoelectric thin films and their advantages in the field of sensors are briefly introduced,with the focus on the analysis of the improvement directions of the piezoelectric and dielectric properties of PVDF materials,including material doping and process optimization.The operating principles and advantages of PVDF doped inorganic piezoelectric materials,metals and their oxides,and carbon based materials for improvement of the performances of thin films in the research at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed.Besides,the electrospinning technology,electrohydrodynamic drawing technology and squeeze casting technology in process research are briefly reviewed.The research progress of PVDF piezoelectric composites in the field of sensors in recent years is summarized,as well as their applications in wearable devices,acoustic sensors and human-machine interaction.Finally,the development direction of PVDF materials is summarized and prospected.
