摘要
乳腺癌治疗包括抗肿瘤治疗和姑息治疗,在全程管理的长期过程中,柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减可用于肿瘤及其并发症、不良反应等多方面。该方药扶正可合用益气、养血、滋阴、温阳药物,驱邪可合用理气、化湿、活血、清热药物,符合辨证施治及指南推荐的治疗模式与方案。临床及实验研究证明,柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减可增加内分泌治疗的依从性并提高生存质量,延长生存期,且延长服药时间与5年生存率提高呈正相关,且激素受体阴性同样生存获益。3年以上治疗可使三阴乳腺癌5年生存率进一步提高。
The treatment of breast cancer includes anti-tumor treatment and palliative treatment.In long-term process of the whole management,Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction can be used for tumor and its complications,adverse reactions and other aspects.The method can be combined with the drugs of Yiqi Yangxue Ziyin Wenyang,and exorcism could be combined with Liqi Huashi Huoxue Qingre.In line with the treatment mode and plan recommended by the guidelines for syndrome differentiation and treatment.Clinical and experimental studies have proved that it can increase compliance of endocrine therapy and improve quality of life prolong survival period.Extending duration of medication was positively associated with improved 5-year survival,while hormone receptor negative associated with survival benefits.More than 3 years of treatment may further improve 5-year survival rate of triple negative breast cancer.
