三种不同方法探究常用二元醇对粉体分散悬浮能力的影响

摘要 二元醇的分散性对粉体的开发利用具有重要意义。采用离心分离法、浊度法和沉降法,研究常用二元醇对各种粉体分散性的影响。结果表明:粉体类型、粉体和二元醇比例、分散剂类型等分散条件对二元醇悬浮液分散性有很大的影响。在相同的分散条件下,异构丁二醇悬浮分散能力强,均匀润湿粉体,其分散效果优于1,3-丁二醇和1,2-丙二醇。 The dispersion of diols is of great significance to the development and utilization of powders.The effects of commonly used diols on the dispersion of various powders were studied by centrifugal separation,turbidity and sedimentation methods.The results showed that the dispersion conditions such as powder type,powder and diol ratio,and dispersant type had great influences on the dispersibility of the diol suspension.Under the same dispersion conditions,isomeric butanediol had strong suspension and dispersion ability,and the powder was uniformly wetted.Its dispersion effect was better than 1,3-butanediol and 1,2-propanediol.
