摘要
西固煤业公司-120 m水平主运输大巷局部存在严重变形等问题,直接影响矿井的生产安全。拟运用注浆加固技术,即采取浅孔注浆及深孔注浆相结合的方式对大巷进行加固;在注浆60 d后,巷道顶底板移近量处于150 mm以下,两帮移近量处于230 mm以下,大巷围岩承载能力明显增强,巷道变形量得到有效控制。
In response to the serious deformation of the main transportation roadway at the-120m level in Xigu Coal Industry Company,which directly affects the safety production of the mine,the article proposes the use of grouting reinforcement technology,which combines shallow hole grouting and deep hole grouting to reinforce the roadway.After 60 days of grouting,the displacement of the top and bottom of the roadway is below 150 mm,and the displacement of the two sides is below 230 mm,the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock of the main roadway is significantly enhanced,which effectively controls the deformation of the roadway.
