摘要
                
                    水利工程的安全运行具有重要的社会经济与政治意义,一旦运行失稳或溃坝,会带来巨大的损失,因此,研究水利工程的安全运行防护技术具有很大的必要性。当下,水利工程运行安全防护系统的构建面临着诸多难题。为此,文章结合北京市亦庄调节池水利工程,分析了构建运行安全防护系统的难点,有针对性地提出了利用信息技术实现水利工程运行状态监管的方法,同时列举了针对不同等级的险情可以采取的应急措施。利用安全防护技术,亦庄调节池水利工程长年稳定运行,实现了促进经济社会发展的目标。
                
                The safe operation of water conservancy engineering has important social,economic and political significance.Once the operation is unstable or the dam breaks,it will bring huge losses.Therefore,it is necessary to study the safe operation protection technology of water conservancy engineering.At present,the construction of water conservancy engineering operation safety protection system is facing many problems.For this reason,this paper analyzes the difficulties in constructing the operation safety protection system based on Yizhuang regulating pool water conservancy engineering in Beijing,and puts forward the method of using information technology to realize the operation state supervision of water conservancy engineering.At the same time,it lists the emergency measures that can be taken for different levels of danger.By using safety protection technology,Yizhuang regulating pool water conservancy engineering has been running stably for a long time,which has achieved the goal of promoting economic and social development.
