摘要
大数据时代背景下,高校学生管理工作迎来严峻挑战。如何做好学生管理工作是辅导员需要重点思考的课题。高校辅导员作为日常与学生接触最密切的教师群体,不仅承担着学生管理工作职责,亦要发挥自身的育人功能,为大学生健康成长和发展保驾护航。因此,高校辅导员应把握大数据时代特点,发挥大数据信息技术优势,通过树立数据管理思维,创新学生管理思路、重视辅导员队伍建设,提升专业化水平、创新学生管理载体,搭建信息管理平台等优化策略,实现高校辅导员学生管理、教育、服务的有机统一,使学生管理工作获得理想化效果。
In the context of the big data era,the management of college students is facing severe challenges,and how to do a good job in student management is a topic that counselors need to focus on.College counselors,as the group of teachers who have the closest daily contact with students,not only undertake the responsibility of student management,but also play their own educational role to safeguard the healthy growth and development of college students.Therefore,university counselors should grasp the characteristics of the big data era,leverage the advantages of big data information technology,establish data management thinking,innovate student management ideas,attach importance to the construction of counselor teams,improve professional level,innovate student management carriers,and build information management plaforms and other optimization strategies,to achieve the organic unity of student management,education,and services for university counselors,and achieve ideal results in student management work.
