摘要
共享经济作为转移使用权的流动方式,可以充分应用闲置资源,促使社会资源价值实现最大化。乡村旅游民宿业是乡村旅游发展潮流与共享经济衍生的产物,具有较大发展前景。基于共享经济背景下,乡村旅游民宿业得到蓬勃发展,其借助亲近自然、接近生态环境的特点深受广大游客青睐。然则乡村旅游民宿业实际发展中,存有基础设施不够完善、管理人才匮乏等情况,需要采取可行性措施调整民宿业发展方向,制定明确发展规划,有效应对各种挑战,从而实现不断扩张和健康发展目标。
As a means of transfering the right to use,the sharing economy can make full use of idle resources to maximize the value of social resources.The rural tourism homestay industry is the product of the development trend of rural tourism and the sharing economy,and has great development prospects.Under the background of sharing economy,the rural tourism homestay industry has developed vigorously,and it is favored by the majority of tourists with the characteristics of being close to nature and ecological environment.However,in the actual development of rural tourism homestay industry,there are situations such as inadequate infrastructure and lack of management talents.It is necessary to take feasible measures to adjust the development direction of homestay industry,formulate clear development plans,and effectively respond to various challenges,so as to achieve the goal of continuous expansion and healthy development.
