摘要
为有效解决钼钛锆合金(又称TZM钼合金)高效高质量加工问题,采用YG8、YT30和赛隆三种刀具进行干切削试验,并对优选刀具进行刀具磨损和失效机理研究。试验结果表明:在相同试验条件下,YG8比其它两种刀具寿命更高;YG8在切削过程中,切削速度v≤150m/min,进给量f≤0.1mm/r,背吃刀量a p在0.5~0.8mm范围内;YG8刀具的磨损机理主要是黏结磨损、扩散磨损和氧化磨损,且前刀面的氧化磨损和扩散磨损比后刀面严重,失效形式主要是后刀面的正常磨损。
In order to effectively solve the molybdenum alloy(also known as TZM molybdenum alloy)high-efficiency and high-quality processing problems,YG8,YT30 and SiAlON ceramics tools are conducted in a dry cutting test.The tools are optimized,and the tool wear and failure mechanism of the optimized tools are studied.The experimental results show that under the same experimental conditions,YG8 has a higher life span than the other two tools.In the cutting process of YG8,the cutting speed v should not be higher than 150m/min.The feed rate f is not higher than 0.1mm/r,and the back bite a p should be in the range of 0.5~0.8mm.The wear mechanism of YG8 tool is mainly bonding wear,diffusion wear and oxidation wear.The oxidation and diffusion wear of the tool rake surface are severe than the flank surface,and the failure form is mainly the normal wear of the flank surface.
