摘要
                
                    离子选择性电极法是测定茶叶中氟离子含量较为常用的方法,但是不同前处理浸提方法的相对浸提效果并不是很明确。通过对酸、碱、超声和热水四种不同的浸提方法进行比较,探究茶叶中氟离子浸出的最佳方法。实验结果表明:热水浸提的氟离子浸出量最高,达到了111.4μg·g^(-1)。热水浸提的最佳条件是60℃下浸提30 min,适合批量茶叶中氟含量的测定。
                
                Ion-selective electrode method is one of commonly-used determination technologies of fluoride content in tea leaves,but the relative effect of different pretreatments on extraction was not clear.The effect of four different disposal methods including acids,bases,ultrasound and hot water were compared for the leaching amount of fluorine in tea.The results indicated that the highest leaching capacity of fluorine ion came from hot water extraction,which could reach 111.4μg·g^(-1).The best extraction conditions of hot water treatment were:temperature was 60℃,extraction time was 30 min,and this method was suitable for meet the batch determination of fluoride content in tea samples.
