摘要
计算农业绿色全要素生产率对探索长三角地区农业绿色增长路径具有重要理论和实践指导意义。本文采用GML指数对2007-2020年长三角地区农业绿色全要素生产率做出了测算,并运用FGLS方法对影响因素做出了深入分析,期望为探索长三角地区农业绿色发展提出有效的理论指导。研究发现,长三角地区农村绿色全要素生产率显著提高,这主要归功于绿色农业技术的不断发展和进步。研究同时发现:灌溉设施水平、农业机械化水平、经济发展水平和农业产业结构对浙江省农业GTFP有显著正向影响,而经济发展水平对安徽省农业GTFP有显著正向影响,灌溉设施水平、农业机械化水平和农业产业结构对安徽省农业GTFP有显著负向影响。最后从加强经济合作、完善基础设施等方面提出相关政策建议。
The calculation of agricultural green total factor productivity has important theoretical and practical guiding significance for exploring the path of agricultural green growth in the Yangtze River Delta.In this paper,GML index was used to measure the agricultural green total factor productivity in the Yangtze River Delta from 2007 to 2020,and FGLS method was used to make an in-depth analysis of the factors,hoping to provide effective theoretical guidance for exploring the agricultural green development in the Yangtze River Delta.The study found that the rural green total factor productivity in the Yangtze River Delta has increased significantly,which is mainly attributed to the continuous development and progress of green agriculture technology.It was also found that the level of irrigation facilities,agricultural mechanization level,economic development level and agricultural industrial structure had a significant positive effect on agricultural GTFP in Zhejiang province,while the level of economic development had a significant positive effect on agricultural GTFP in Anhui province,and the level of irrigation facilities,agricultural mechanization level and agricultural industrial structure had a significant negative effect on agricultural GTFP in Anhui province.Finally,it put forward relevant policy suggestions from strengthening economic cooperation and improving infrastructure.
