摘要
为合理利用林下空间、科学布局林下经济发展类型,提升林下经济发展水平和质量,以资源县林地为研究对象,依据资源县“三区三线”划定成果数据、第三次全国国土调查数据、森林资源管理“一张图”数据及桂林市“三线一单”管控要求,采用实地调查法、文献研究法和多因素综合评价法,利用ArcGIS软件进行数据叠加分析,对资源县林下经济可利用林地进行统计与分析。结果表明,全县林下经济可利用林地面积为152599.35 hm2,占全县国土面积的78.62%;林下经济可利用林地存量为96819.35 hm2,占全县国土面积的49.88%;不同林下经济类型可利用林地存量占比均超过30%。资源县林地利用空间潜力较大,林下经济产业发展前景广阔。
For rational use of under-forest spaces,scientific layout of under-forest economic development types,and improvement of level and quality of under-forest economic development,taking forest lands of Ziyu-an county as research objects,according to result data of"Three Zones and Three Lines"of Ziyuan county,data of the third national land survey,"one map"data of forest resource management and control requirements of"Three Lines One Permit"in Guilin,field investigation,literature research and multi-factor comprehensive evaluation methods were used and data were overlaid and analyzed by ArcGIS to count and analyze under-for-est economic available utilization forest lands in Ziyuan county.Results showed that area of under-forest eco-nomic available utilization forest lands in Ziyuan county was 152599.35 hm2,which occupied 78.62%of territo-ry area in Ziyuan county.Stock of under-forest economic available utilization forest lands was 96819.35 hm2,which occupied 49.88%of territory area in Ziyuan county.Proportions of stocks of available utilization forest lands with different under-forest economic types exceeded 30%.Available potentials of forest lands were large,and development prospect of under-forest economic industries was broad in Ziyuan county.
