二陈汤药香的开发与制作

摘要 在传统制香工艺的基础上,结合现代工艺以及芳香疗法理念将中药内服方改良为外用药香。在配方选择上,以《太平惠民和剂局方》中的二陈汤为基础,佐以楠木粘粉、柏木粉等辅料,通过确定配方的实验设计分析,再根据受试人群调查后,对二陈汤药香的研制与应用进行探究。最终得到成分为法半夏15 g,橘红15 g,茯苓9 g,炙甘草4.5 g,乌梅1个,生姜7片,2%楠木粉0.87 g,1%柏木粉0.43 g以及2~3 mL植物精油的药香成品。以期能推广一种安全、简便的外用药香,同时为中药药香的进一步应用与传承提供参考依据。 On the basis of traditional incense making technology,combined with modern technology and aromatherapy concept,traditional Chinese medicine oral prescription was improved into external medicinal incense.In terms of formula selection,based on Erchen decoction in Taiping Shenghui Prescription and Prescription Bureau,supplemented with Nanmu powder(Phoebe zhennan S.Lee),Cypress powder(Cupressus funebris Endl.)and other auxiliary materials,through the experimental design analysis of the determined formula,and then according to the survey of the test population,the research on the development and application of Erchen decoction’s medicinal fragrance was explored.The final composition was 15 g of Pinellia,15 g of Orange red,9 g of Poria cocos,4.5 g of Licorice root,1 Black plum,7 Slices of ginger,0.87 g of 2%Nanmu powder,0.43 g of 1%Cypress powder and 2~3mL of plant essential oil.Fragrance finished product.It is expected to promote a safe and simple external medicinal fragrance,and at the same time provide a reference for the further application and inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal fragrance.
