摘要
采用耙式真空干燥法处理某煤化工废水零排放系统约1000 L/h的蒸发母液。实际运行结果表明,母液固液分离后,残渣质量约为母液质量的25%,其中水的质量分数小于15%;回收水质量约为母液的75%,COD≤250 mg/L,电导率≤270μS/cm,送入回用水站深度处理后回用。处置费用大幅降低,从而实现煤化工废水零排。
A rake vacuum drying method was used to treat about 1000 L/h evaporated mother liquor from a zero-discharge system of coal chemical wastewater.The actual operation results showed that the residual mass was about 25%of the mass of mother liquor,and the mass fraction of water was less than 15%.The quality of recovered water was about 75%of the mother liquor,its COD≤250 mg/L,conductivity≤270μS/cm,and it was sent to the reuse water station for further treatment and reuse.The disposal cost was greatly reduced,thus achieving zero discharge of coal chemical wastewater.
