摘要
慢性鼻窦炎属于耳鼻喉科较为常见的一种疾病,多由急性鼻窦炎未得到及时有效或彻底的治疗所致。该病可发生于各个年龄阶段,使得患者鼻腔、鼻窦生理功能发生障碍,临床表现为鼻塞、流脓涕、头面部胀痛、嗅觉减退或丧失等,且可发生颅、眼、肺等部位的并发症,严重者可危及患者生命安全,对患者的生活与工作造成较大的影响。临床治疗慢性鼻窦炎方法较多,包括药物治疗及手术治疗,药物治疗主要包括抗生素、抗组胺药物、血管收缩剂以及各种中药等,对患者的病情具有较大的改善。鼻内镜下鼻窦手术也是目前治疗慢性鼻窦炎的一种重要方法,对患者的症状改善明显,目前在临床应用较为广泛,受到了医生和患者的一致认可。本文综述了慢性鼻窦炎患者的病因、临床症状、并发症、诊断、治疗方法及预防等,并重点分析采取内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的作用以及效果,以期为慢性鼻窦炎的治疗提供参考方案。
Chronic sinusitis is a common disease in department of otorhinolaryngology,which is mostly caused by acute sinusitis not being treated effectively or thoroughly in time.This disease can occur at various age stages,causing physiological disorders in the nasal cavity and sinuses of patients.Its clinical manifestations include nasal congestion,runny nose,head and face swelling and pain,decreased or lost sense of smell,and can lead to complications in the skull,eyes,lungs,and other parts,and in severe cases,it can endanger the patient's life safety,which has a significant impact on patients'life and work.There are many clinical treatment methods for chronic sinusitis,including drug treatment and surgical treatment.Drug treatment mainly includes antibiotics,antihistamines,vasoconstriction and various traditional Chinese medicines,which can greatly improve the patient's condition.Endoscopic sinus surgery is also an important method to treat chronic sinusitis at present,which can significantly improve the symptoms of patients.At present,it is widely used in clinical practice,and has received unanimous recognition from doctors and patients.This article reviews the etiology,clinical symptoms,complications,diagnosis,treatment method and prevention of chronic sinusitis,and mainly analyzes the role and effect of endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis,in order to provide reference scheme for the treatment of chronic sinusitis.
