油田典型腐蚀环境的腐蚀机理及选材分析 被引量:1

摘要 油田处理装置中,H_(2)S、CO_(2)、Cl^(-)等会对设备造成严重的腐蚀,影响设备运行安全,这也是石化行业的一大痛点。以篮式过滤器为例,介绍了H_(2)S、CO_(2)、Cl^(-)多种腐蚀因素共存环境下的腐蚀机理,并对湿硫化氢腐蚀和氯离子腐蚀两种典型腐蚀环境中设备的选材进行了分析。 In oilfield treatment equipment,H_(2)S,CO_(2),Cl^(-),etc.could cause serious corrosion to equipment,affecting its safe operation,which was also a major pain point in the petrochemical industry.Taking basket filters as an example,the corrosion mechanism of H_(2)S,CO_(2),Cl^(-),corrosion factors coexisting in the environment was introduced,and the material selection of equipment in two typical corrosion environments,wet hydrogen sulfide corrosion and chloride ion corrosion,was analyzed.
