摘要
随着健康意识的提升,人们对卷烟质量的要求越来越高,卷烟品质更加关键。为了确保卷烟质量的稳定和可靠,卷烟生产企业需要对卷烟进行严格的质量监管。而质量监管的一个重要环节是对卷烟进行质检。因此,本研究拟从卷烟质检数据采集方法的应用出发,探索一种基于传感技术和无线通信技术的卷烟质检数据采集方案,旨在为卷烟生产企业提供更加先进和高效的数据采集解决方案,并为卷烟质检技术的加强和提升提供技术支持。
With the improvement of health awareness,people’s requirements for cigarette quality are increasing,and cigarette quality is more critical.In order to ensure the stability and reliability of cigarette quality,cigarette manufacturing enterprises need to carry out strict quality supervision of cigarettes.An important part of quality supervision is the quality inspection of cigarettes.Therefore,this study intends to explore a cigarette quality inspection data acquisition scheme based on sensing technology and wireless communication technology starting from the application of cigarette quality inspection data acquisition methods,aiming to provide more advanced and efficient data acquisition solutions for cigarette manufacturing enterprises and provide technical support for the strengthening and improvement of cigarette quality inspection technology.
