摘要
轨道交通车辆电源装置的开关特性决定了其在工作过程中将产生较强的电磁干扰,电磁干扰通过空间耦合形成辐射发射。辐射发射作为轨道交通车辆设备电磁兼容的关键指标,若超出规定限值,将影响车辆电气设备的安全可靠运行。随着国内外轨道交通行业的快速发展,轨道交通车辆电源装置在机械结构、原理拓扑等方面日趋复杂和多样,开关频率也在不断提高,这对电源装置的辐射发射性能提出了更高的要求。文章针对轨道交通车辆电源装置辐射发射超标问题,结合轨道交通车辆设备电磁兼容试验标准和要求,通过对电源装置辐射发射形成和抑制机理的分析,从应用实际出发,列举出了多项抑制措施,为电源装置的电磁兼容性能优化提供了方法借鉴。
Strong electromagnetic interference in the working process is inevitable because of the switching characteristics of the power supply device of rail transit vehicles,which forms radiation emission through spatial coupling.As the key index of EMC of rail transit vehicle equipment,if the radiation emission exceeds the prescribed limit,it will affect the safe and reliable operation of vehicle electrical equipment.With the rapid development of rail transit industry at home and abroad,the power supply devices of rail transit vehicles are becoming increasingly complex and diverse in mechanical structure,principle topology and other aspects,and the switching frequency is also constantly improving,which puts forward higher requirements for the radiation emission performance.Regarding the issue of excessive radiation emissions,combined with EMC test standards and requirements of rail transit vehicle equipment,this paper analyzes the formation and suppression mechanism of radiation emission,and lists several suppression measures based on practical application,which provides a reference for the optimization of EMC performance of power supply devices.
