摘要
随着国家的快速发展及生活水平的不断提高,动车组已成为人们出行的首选交通工具,为保证动车组长期高速、稳定、安全、舒适运行,必须经常对动车组进行日常整备、检查、保养,并定期进行全面检修。随着新建线路的开通和动车组运营数量的增加,动车组检修市场需求逐年增加,对高速动车组高级修检修模式提出了更高的要求,基于段企合作的方式则成为了一种新的选择。文章基于国铁集团动车组高级修需求,分析了动车段和制造企业的动车组高级修现状及存在的问题;基于国铁集团和车辆制造企业当前高级修的实际情况,探讨了未来动车组检修模式及业务协作,以充分利用既有资源,实现动车段与主机厂的优势互补,在确保运行安全的前提下,实现双赢。
With the rapid development of the country and the continuous improvement of living standards,EMUs have become the first choice for people to travel.In order to ensure the long-term,high-speed,stable,safe and comfortable operation of EMUs,it is necessary to conduct daily service,check,maintenance and regular comprehensive repair of EMUs.With the opening of new lines and the increase in EMU operations,the market demand for EMU maintenance is increasing by years,which puts forward higher requirements for the advanced maintenance mode of high-speed EMUs,and the mode based on the cooperation between depots and OEMs has become a new choice.In line with the demands for advanced maintenance of EMUs of China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of advanced repair in EMU depots and OEMs.On account of the actual situation of advanced maintenance of China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.and OEMs,this paper discusses the maintenance mode and business cooperation of EMUs in the future,so as to make full use of existing resources,realize the mutual complementary advantages between depots and OEMs,and achieve win-win cooperation on the premise of ensuring safe operation.
