摘要
国家科学技术奖励是我国最具权威性和影响力的学术奖励,是我国科技体制的重要组成部分,长期以来发挥了重要的引导和激励作用。文章分析了中国农业科学院“十三五”国家科学技术奖励情况以及存在的不足,探讨了今后一段时间农业领域国家科学技术奖发展趋势,并提出调整成果评价方式、探索中长期成果评价、优化成果评价导向、做好顶层设计、加大自然科学奖和技术发明奖的支持力度等加强国家科技奖励培育管理工作的建议,以期为我国农业领域重大科技成果培育提供参考。
National Science and Technology Award is the most authoritative and influential academic award in China,and is an important part of China's science and technology system,which has played an important role in guiding and incentivizing for a long time.The article analyzes the situation and deficiencies of national science and technology awards of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in the"13th Five-Year Plan",discusses the development trend of national science and technology awards in the field of agriculture in the coming period of time,puts forward suggestions to strengthen the cultivation and management of national scientific and technological awards,such as adjusting the assessment approach of achievements,exploring the medium-and long-term assessment of achievements,optimizing the orientation of achievement assessment,making a good top-level design,and increasing the support for natural science awards and technological invention awards,with a view to providing a reference for the cultivation of significant science and technology achievements in the field of agriculture in China.
