冶金所十年科技发展(铜铅锌冶炼篇)

Scientific and Technological Development of Metallurgy Institute in Recent Ten Year(Smelting of Copper,Lead and Zinc)

摘要 对昆明冶金研究院冶金所近十年铜铅锌冶炼工艺优化、锌电积阳极材料开发、废旧锌镍电池回收及相关技术产业化应用方面进行了综述,主要阐述了冶金所在铅锌冶炼、铜冶炼:高铁硫化锌精矿氧压酸浸过程中Fe的还原与氧化沉淀过程机理、氧化锌烟尘常压-氧压联合法高效提取锌锗技术、氧压酸浸工艺处理含铅多金属废料、锌电积惰性钛阳极制备、硫酸锌溶液离子交换脱氟氯、锌氧压酸浸渣及净化渣资源化综合利用等方面开展了相关的技术研发工作,其中部分技术实现了产业化应用或成果转化,相关技术的应用与转化为中国铜业、云南省及我国铜铅锌等有色金属冶金行业技术升级做出积极贡献。 It is summarized the development,industrialization and application of related technologies that process optimization of copper-lead-zinc smelting,the development of zinc electrowinning anode material,recovery of waste old zinc-nickel battery and so on of Metallurgy Institute of Kunming Metallurgical Research Institute Co.,Ltd.,it is mainly elaborated the following projects of smelting of lead,zinc and copper by Metallurgy Institute:mechanism of oxidative precipitation process of Fe of high iron content zinc sulfide concentrate in oxygen pressure acid leaching process,efficient extraction of zinc germanium technology by joint method of zinc oxide fume under ordinary pressure and oxygen pressure,Treatment of lead-bearing polymetallic scrap by oxygen pressure acid leaching process,Preparation of inert titanium anode of zinc electrowinning,fluorochlorine removal by ion exchange of zinc sulfate solution,comprehensive utilization of zinc oxygen pressure acid leaching residue and purification residue recycling and so on,partial technologies of above mentioned has been realized the industrial application and results transformation,application and transformation of the relative technologies have been made a positive contribution to non-ferrous metallurgy industry technology upgrading of China Copper Co.,Ltd.,Yunnan province and China's copper,lead and zinc industry.
