摘要
从内蒙古自治区通辽市部分规模化养牛场采集粪样350份、血样325份,分别采用RT-PCR和ELISA方法进行牛冠状病毒(Bovine coronavirus,BCoV)的分子流行病学调查,了解内蒙古自治区通辽市规模化养殖场牛冠状病毒的流行状况,以期为通辽地区养牛场牛冠状病毒病的防控提供参考。结果显示:抗原总阳性率为22.86%,抗体总阳性率为7.69%。在采集的样品中,0~2月龄犊牛的抗原阳性率最高,达57.50%,抗体阳性率最高,达19.00%,表明通辽地区牛冠状病毒流行率较高,及时采取科学有效的防控措施是很有必要的。
In order to understand the epidemic situation of Bovine coronavirus disease in large-scale farms in Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,350 manure samples and 325 serum samples were collected from some large-scale cattle farms in Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Molecular epidemiological investigation of Bovine coronavirus(BCoV)was performed using RT-PCR and ELISA methods for fecal samples and serum,respectively.The results showed that the total positive rate of antibody was 7.69%,and the total positive rate of antigen was 22.86%.Among the samples collected,calves aged 0~2 months had the highest antigen positivity rate,reaching 57.50%,and antibody positivity rate was the highest,reaching 19.00%,indicating that the prevalence of bovine coronavirus in Tongliao City was high,and it was necessary to take scientific and effective prevention and control measures in time.
