海上油田新型水基复合调驱体系研究与应用 被引量:1

Research and application of new type of water-based composite profile control and displacement system in offshore oilfield

摘要 蓬莱19-3油田储层纵向厚度大、小层多、渗透率差异大,长期水驱后注入水沿高渗层突破日益严重,因注入水质因素,常规调驱体系易在近井絮凝导致注入困难、潜力层伤害等问题。本文通过水分散聚合方法制备水基颗粒共聚物(WPC)作为调驱段塞,筛选评价乳化驱油体系(EDA)作为WPC的助调段塞,将两者复合使用,在解决注入性问题的基础上对油藏深部主水流通道发挥封堵作用,对次级通道发挥助调驱油作用,提高驱替波及范围及微观洗油效率,综合提升井组采收率。结果表明,“WPC+EDA”复合调驱体系与油田注水配伍性好,注入性和封堵性俱佳,较常规水驱提高采收率可达26个百分点。该技术目前已在现场应用了4个井组,油井含水率降低3%~6%,统计12个月内累计增油超过22000 m^(3),为蓬莱19-3油田及类似区块控水增油提供了新的思路和方法,在海上油田具备较好的应用前景。 The reservoirs in PL19-3 oilfield feature large longitudinal thickness,multiple small layers and significant differences in permeability.After long-term water flooding,the breakthrough of injected water along the high permeability layer is increasingly serious.Due to factors of injection water quality,conventional profile control and displacement systems are prone to flocculation near the well,resulting in injection difficulties and potential layer damage.In this paper,the water dispersion polymerization method is used to prepare water-based particle copolymer(WPC)as a profile control and displacement plug,and the emulsified oil displacement system(EDA)is selected and evaluated as an auxiliary profile control plug for WPC.The two are combined to solve the injection problem,play a blocking role in the main water flow channel in the deep reservoirs,play an auxiliary profile control and displacement role in the secondary channel,improve the displacement range and micro oil washing efficiency,and comprehensively improve the recovery efficiency of the well group.The results show that"WPC+EDA"has good compatibility with injection water,good injection and plugging properties,and can increase oil recovery by 26%compared with conventional water flooding.At present,the technology has been applied in 4 well groups in the field,the water cut of the well has been reduced by 3%-6%,and the accumulated oil increase in 12 months has exceeded 22000 m^(3),which provides a new idea and method for water control and oil increase in PL19-3 oilfield and similar blocks,with a good application prospect in offshore oilfields.
