摘要
石油和天然气是重要的能源物质,对中国工业发展、社会发展具有举足轻重的影响力,只有保障石油天然气供应的稳定性、安全性和可靠性,才能营造健康的发展环境。石油和天然气开采后的运输环节不仅要消耗大量的资源,还面临着诸多的运输风险,这就需要相关单位做好油气运输管理工作。油气长输管道作为最常用的运输方式,在管道建设规划设计环节,相关部门应当保障规划设计方案的合理性与科学性,确保油气长输管道能够高效、节能、长效运行。同时,针对油气长输管道容易遭受外界因素影响的特点,相关部门还要做好全面的安保管理工作,尽可能避免长输管道发生损坏等问题。基于此,文章就油气长输管道的规划设计与安保管理,展开了详细的分析与探索。
Oil and natural gas are important energy materials,which have a decisive influence on China's industrial development and social development.Only by ensuring the stability,safety and reliability of oil and natural gas supply can create a healthy development environment.After the exploitation of oil and natural gas,it needs to be transported over long distances,and the transportation link not only consumes a lot of resources,but also faces a lot of transportation risks,which requires the relevant units to do a good job in oil and gas transportation management.As the long-distance oil and gas pipeline is the most commonly used mode of transportation,the relevant departments should ensure the rationality and scientificity of the planning and design scheme in the pipeline construction planning and design link,so as to ensure that the long oil and gas pipeline can be efficient,energy-saving and long-term operation.At the same time,in view of the fact that long-distance oil and gas pipelines are vulnerable to external factors,relevant departments should do a comprehensive security management work,so as to avoid damage to longdistance pipelines as far as possible.Based on this,this paper has launched a detailed analysis and exploration of the planned design and security management of long oil and gas pipeline.
