摘要
针对某石化公司制氢装置转化炉炉管长周期服役的问题,采用爬壁超声检测、宏观检测、金相检测、硬度检测、渗透检测等方法对炉管进行测试,结合炉管缺陷产生的原因综合分析,认为制氢转化炉炉管整体已处于蠕变劣化损伤后期,部分炉管可能已过渡到蠕变劣化加速期,炉管高温性能向不稳定状态发展,转化炉管材料的高温持久强度、塑性等性能有较大程度降低,材料脆性增大,推测该批炉管已处于寿命后期。转化炉炉管检测结果的综合分析,对评估在役炉管的安全服役状况具有一定的参考价值。
In response to the problem of long-term service of the converter tube in a certain petrochemical company’s hydrogen production unit,methods such as wall climbing ultrasonic testing,macroscopic testing,metallographic testing,hardness testing,and penetration testing were used to test the furnace tube.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the causes of furnace tube defects,the author believes that the entire furnace tube is in the late stage of creep deterioration damage,and some furnace tubes may have transitioned to an accelerated period of creep deterioration.Based on the test results,it is speculated that the high-temperature performance of the furnace tube is developing towards an unstable state,and the high-temperature endurance strength,plasticity,and other properties of the furnace tube material are significantly reduced.The brittleness of the material increases,and the furnace tube is already in the later stage of its lifespan.The comprehensive analysis of the detection results of the converter tube has certain reference value for evaluating the safe service status of the in-service furnace tube.
