摘要
为完善瓶装液化气全行业、全生命周期监管工作,提升瓶装液化气安全监管效能,加强全行业安全责任意识,建立一整套从终端用户到燃气企业到政府监管三方合一的液化气领域安全监管长效机制,有必要建设瓶装液化气智能监管平台。瓶装液化气智能监管平台,是关系到城市瓶装液化气安全的重要信息平台,是基于数字化、网络化、智能化的新型城市基础设施建设的重要组成部分,需要以技术创新驱动为核心开展研究开发工作。本文论述瓶装液化气智能监管平台建设的关键技术、核心功能,并探讨应用平台开展瓶装液化气智能数字化监管。
In order to improve the supervision of the whole industry and the whole life cycle of bottled liquefied gas,improve the efficiency of bottled liquefied gas safety supervision,strengthen the awareness of safety responsibility of the whole industry,and establish a set of long-term safety supervision mechanism in the field of liquefied gas from the end user to the gas enterprise to the government supervision,it is necessary to build an intelligent supervision platform for bottled liquefied gas.The bottled liquefied gas intelligent supervision platform is an major information platform related to the safety of urban bottled liquefied gas,and an important part of the construction of new urban infrastructure based on digitalization,networking and intelligence.It is necessary to carry out research and development work with technological innovation as the core.This paper discusses the key technologies and core functions of the construction of the intelligent supervision platform for bottled liquefied gas,and discusses the application of the platform to carry out intelligent digital supervision of bottled liquefied gas.
