配合比对水泥-石膏变形参数及能量性能的影响

摘要 采用水泥和石膏材料,制作不同配合比的水泥-石膏标准圆柱形试样,运用微机控电子万能试验机对试样进行单轴压缩试验,分析不同配合比水泥-石膏试样的强度、变形特性,并从能量角度分析试样的能量变化特性。结果表明:试样的应力-应变曲线可分为裂隙压密闭合、线弹性、裂隙扩展及峰后破坏阶段,随着水泥含量的降低和石膏含量的增大,各试样的σ_(c)、E_(0)、E_(50)、E和ε_(c)值均呈二次函数变化;峰前试样大部分以可释放弹性能的形式积蓄,峰后试样内部积蓄的弹性能大量释放;试样加载过程中,80%以上的吸收能量以可释放的弹性能形式积蓄于试样内,剩下低于20%的吸收总能量被各阶段所耗散。 This article uses cement and gypsum materials to make standard cylindrical specimens of cement gypsum with different mix ratios.A microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine uses to conduct uniaxial compression tests on the specimens,analyzes the strength and deformation characteristics of cement gypsum specimens with different mix ratios,and analyzes the energy change characteristics of the specimens from an energy perspective.The results show that the stress–strain curve of the sample can be divided into crack compaction and closure,linear elasticity,crack expansion and post peak failure stages.As the cement content decreases and the gypsum content increases,the values of σ_(c),E_(0),E_(50),E and ε_(c) of each sample is a quadratic function.Most of the pre-peak samples accumulate in the form of releasable elastic properties,while releases a large amount of elastic energy accumulated inside the post peak samples.During the loading process of the sample,accumulates more than 80%of the absorbed energy in the form of elastic energy that can be released,and dissipates the remaining less than 20%of the total absorbed energy by each stage.
