摘要
为了增强结晶器液压振动系统的实用性,并且延长设备的使用寿命,针对液压振动装置的实际振动状况,建立结晶器2种新型非正弦液压振动波形的数学模型,分别为线性-正弦复合与一次分段函数(L-SLPF)和两段式线性-正弦复合函数(TL-SCF)模型。首先,通过设置不同的控制参数,利用MATLAB软件对这2种新型振动波形进行仿真研究;然后,结合2种常用的非正弦振动波形,在偏斜率、振动最大上升速度、最大加速度等振动工艺参数方面,分析并对比了这4种波形。结果表明,新型振动波形优于其他波形,L-SLPF函数的偏斜率连续取值不受限,其范围为0.5~0.7;TL-SCF函数的振动加速度连续光滑,对设备冲击最小,更适用于高振频、高拉速生产。因此,使用新型振动波形,扩展了结晶器液压振动系统的应用范围,可应用于高振频、高拉速连铸机,并且对设备更加友好,可有效延长设备使用寿命。
In order to enhance the practicability of crystallizer hydraulic vibration system and extend the service life of the equipment,two new non-sinusoidal hydraulic vibration waveform mathematical models were established according to the actual operation of hydraulic vibration equipment,which were linear-sine composite and linear piecewise function(L-SLPF)and two linear-sine composite function(TL-SCF).Firstly,by setting different control parameters,the two new vibration waveforms were simulated by MATLAB.Then,combined with two commonly used non-sinusoidal vibration waveforms,these four waveforms were analyzed and compared from vibration parameters such as non-sinusoidal factor,max up-speed and max acceleration.The results show that the vibration waveforms new proposed are superior to other waveforms.The L-SLPF function has an unlimited value of non-sinusoidal factor,ranging from 0.5 to 0.7.The TL-SCF function accelerates continuously and smoothly and has minimal impact on equipment,which is more suitable for high frequency and high casting speed production.Therefore,the new vibration waveforms expand the application range of crystallizer hydraulic vibration system,which can be applied to the continuous casting machine with high vibration frequency and high casting speed,and are more friendly to the equipment and effectively extend the service life of the equipment.
