摘要
根据核电、石化压力容器产品小管内壁堆焊技术要求,设计多功能数字化直管堆焊设备,操作方便,功能齐全,可有效提高生产效率和产品质量。设备投产后用于小管内壁耐蚀层堆焊,满足产品技术要求。
According to the technical requirements of inner wall overlay welding of small pipes of nuclear power and petrochemical pressure vessels,a multifunctional digital straight pipe overlay welder that is easy to operate,and can provide multiple functions is designed to effectively improve production efficiency and product quality.The welder is adopted for overlay welding of the corrosion-resistant layer of the inner wall of small pipes,and can meet the technical requirements of the products.
