摘要
农药包装废弃物已成为世界上重要的生态环境问题之一,双鸭山市通过制定“协会组织协调、市场主体回收、软件后台支持、公共财政补充、专业机构处理”的多元化、全方位回收处理机制,积极开展农药包装废弃物回收、存储、处理工作。但仍然发现部分问题并进行总结归纳,同时对下阶段目标提出一些建议。
Pesticide packaging waste has emerged as a significant global ecological and environmental concern.In response to this challenge,Shuangyashan has proactively carried out the recycling,storage,and treatment of pesticide packaging waste by establishing a diversified and comprehensive recycling and processing system,which includes“association organization and coordination,market entity recycling,software backend support,public finance supplementation,and professional organization handling”.However,some issues persist,and this article summarizes and consolidates these issues while also providing some suggestions for the next stage of objective.
