摘要
为提升岸舰导弹作战系统综合作战效能及作战方案优选,在分析各指标作战特性的基础上,构建岸舰导弹作战系统评价体系,全面和客观地评估武器系统的作战能力。论文采用层次分析法与模糊评判相结合,通过专家评分法、模糊数学法确定了作战指标权重及隶属度函数。结果表明该方法合理、可行、简便,可为指挥员的指挥决策提供参考依据。
To improve shore anti-ship missile combat system integrated operational effectiveness and combat scheme optimiza-tion,based on the analysis of the various operational characteristics of the indicators and evaluation system,it constructs shore an-ti-ship missile combat system,evaluates comprehensively and objectively the capabilities of weapon system.By using analytic hier-archy process(AHP)and fuzzy evaluation,combination of expert evaluation method and fuzzy mathematical method,the operation-al index weight and membership function is determined.Results show that the method is reasonable and feasible,simple and conve-nient,can offer commander command rapid decision-making reference.
