摘要
目的 研究巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α(macrophage inflammatory protein-1 α, MIP-1α)、NOD样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3(NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3, NLRP3)水平与卒中后认知障碍(post-stroke cognitive impairment, PSCI)相关性。方法 随机选取2021年1月—2022年10月临朐县人民医院收治的108例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,依据蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分(Montreal Cognitive Assessment,MoCA)分为观察组(<26分)52例和对照组(≥26分)56例。对比两组患者的血清MIP-1α、NLRP3水平,并分析血清MIP-1α、NLRP3水平与MoCA的相关性。结果 观察组MIP-1α、NLRP3水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清MIP-1α、NLRP3水平与MoCA呈负相关(r=-0.704、-0.605)。结论血清MIP-1α、NLRP3与PSCI病情进展密切相关。
Objective Research on Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-1αMacrophage inflammatory protoin-1α(MIP-1α).The level of NOD like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3(NLRP3)is associated with post stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI).Methods A total of 108 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Linqu County People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were randomly selected as study subjects,and di⁃vide them into an observation group(<26 points)of 52 cases and a control group(≥26 points)of 56 cases based on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)score.The serum MIP-1αand NLRP3 levels of the two groups were com⁃pared,and the correlation between the serum MIP-1αand NLRP3 levels and MoCA was analyzed.Results The level of NLRP3,MIP-1αin observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of NLRP3,Serum MIP-1αwas negatively correlated with MoCA(r=-0.704,-0.605).Conclusion Serum MIP-1αand NLRP3 were closely related to the progression of PSCI.
