摘要
生物实验室安全管理是高校教学和科研工作顺利进行的基本保障。加强高校实验室安全管理,对于地方高校加快“双一流”建设具有重要意义。文章以福建师范大学为例,从地方高校生物实验室危险源、安全管理现状及存在的问题展开分析,进而从管理机制、安全教育、巡查机制、危险废弃物管理、信息化管控等方面提出了构建实验室安全保障体系的设想和意见,以期有效提升实验室安全管理水平,助推地方高校“双一流”建设。
As a basic guarantee for the smooth progress of teaching and scientific research in universities,strengthening the safety management of biological laboratories is of great significance for local universities to accelerate the construction of“Double First Class”.Accordingly,taking Fujian Normal University as an example,the thesis aims to explore the current status and existing problems of hazardous sources and safety management in university biological laboratories.Furthermore,it proposes ideas on building a laboratory safety guarantee system in terms of management mechanism,safety education,inspection mechanism,hazardous waste management,and information management and control,in order to effectively enhance the level of laboratory safety management and boost the construction of“Double First Class”.
