热再特征面积在火电机组变负荷工况能耗试验的应用研究 被引量:1

Research on Application of Hot Reheat Characteristic Area in Energy Consumption Test of Thermal Power Unit under Variable Load Condition

摘要 针对汽轮机能耗计算采用水侧流量DCS数据精度受限的瓶颈问题,提出了热再特征面积的概念以及对变负荷工况能耗计算的修正方法。以某650MW汽轮机从额定负荷到40%调峰负荷进行的ASME性能考核试验为例,对热再特征面积在变负荷工况下保持不变的特性进行了论证,基于热再特征面积的修正方法在能耗实测、深度调峰、滑压优化等试验项目中进行了应用,提高了火电机组采用水侧流量DCS数据进行能耗计算的试验精度,为掌握和分析火电机组变负荷运行的能耗相对差异和变化趋势提供了可靠数据支撑,具有较好的工程应用价值。火电机组调峰目标未来存在进一步下探的可能,面对极端低负荷工况的能耗变化分析,热再特征面积修正方法应亦能发挥积极的作用。 In view of the bottleneck problem that the accuracy of DCS data of water side flow is limited in the calculation of steam turbine energy consumption,the concept of characteristic area of thermal regeneration and the correction method for the calculation of energy consumption under variable load conditions are proposed.Taking the ASME performance assessment test of a 650MW steam turbine from rated load to 40%peak-shaving load as an example,the featureof the characteristic area of hot reheat remains unchanged under variable load conditions is demonstrated.The correction method based on the characteristic area of hot reheat is applied in the energy consumption measurement,deep peak-shaving,sliding pressure optimization and other test projects,which improves the test accuracy of energy consumption calculation of thermal power units using water side flow DCS data,It provides reliable data support for mastering and analyzing the relative difference and change trend of energy consumption in variable load operation of thermal power units,and has good engineering application value.It is possible to further explore the peak load regulation target of thermal power units in the future.In the face of the analysis of energy consumption changes under extremely low load conditions,the correction method of hot reheat characteristic area should also play a positive role.
