摘要
海外中共观是海外对中国共产党的总体看法。它主要包括中共性质观、中共领袖观、中共历史观、中共成就观、中共执政观、中共群众观、中共改革观、中共民主观、中共奋斗观、中共天下观等,具有主观性、历史性、多元性、区域性、可塑性和可度量性。海外中共观主要是由海外中国共产党研究者、特定国家地区政治家及各界精英等有影响力人士、社会主流媒体塑造和引领的。海外中共观为我们党开展对外传播拓展了新视角,升华了海外中国共产党研究。研究海外中共观对于正确回应国际社会对中国共产党的各种误解误读甚至抹黑,认识和处理好一系列重要关系,具有极为重要的理论和现实意义。
Overseas views on the Communist Party of China(CPC)encompass a comprehensive understanding of the party’s reputation abroad.These views contain several key aspects,including the party’s nature,leadership,historical background,achievements,governance,relationship with the masses,reforms,democracy,struggles,and its global outlook.It is important to note that these views are subjective and historical,characterized by diversity,regional variations,malleability,and measurability.The views are mainly shaped and led by influential individuals such as overseas CPC researchers,politicians and elites in specific countries and regions,and the mainstream media of society.The overseas view of the CPC has expanded a new perspective for the party to carry out external communication,sublimated the overseas research on the CPC,and studied the overseas view of the CPC.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to correctly respond to various misunderstandings and misunderstandings of the CPC by the international community and to recognize and deal with a series of important relations.
