摘要
文中从微观接触角度构建了基于微凸体多尺度的粗糙分形表面滑动摩擦力模型,该模型研究了接触表面的形貌参数对接触载荷和滑动摩擦的影响。首先,从粗糙表面接触力学角度结合考虑实际加载微凸体多变形阶段的分形理论,构建了粗糙分形表面的接触力学模型;其次,基于机械-分子摩擦理论构建了表面的滑动摩擦模型;最后,通过数值分析研究了微观表面形貌参数对接触力学模型的影响,并验证了所建接触力学模型的合理性,完成了分形参数对滑动摩擦的影响分析。文中的研究为表面形貌的合理设计提供了参考,为后续进一步研究摩擦磨损打下了基础。
In this article,from the perspective of micro contact,efforts are made to set up the model of the sliding friction force on the rough fractal surface based on the length scale of asperity.Based on this model,the effects of the contact surface’s topography parameters on the contact load and the sliding friction are explored.Firstly,the contact-mechanics model of the rough fractal surface is constructed according to the contact mechanics of the rough surface and the fractal theory,with the multi-deformation stages of asperity under actual load into consideration.Then,the sliding-friction model of the surface is built by means of the mechanical-molecular friction theory.The influence of the micro surface’s topography parameters on the contact-mechanics model is numerically analyzed;it is verified that the contact mechanics model is feasible.Besides,the influence of the fractal parameters on the sliding friction is discussed.This study provides reference for reasonable design of surface topography and lays a solid foundation for further research on friction and wear.
