摘要
在山西省静乐县国家华北落叶松良种基地选择30个33年生华北落叶松单亲本家系,通过调查胸径、树高,对其生长量进行多样性分析、单因素方差分析、聚类分析和多重比较分析,并计算遗传力与遗传增益。结果表明,胸径、树高及材积的遗传力均大于0.3,表明华北落叶松单亲本家系胸径、树高和材积具有一定的选择潜力,同时,胸径和树高的遗传增益均大于20%,表明选择效果显著。根据聚类分析和多重比较分析,最终选出7407、78025※、7816、7749、78015辽、7747、7810、7742、7724和7805共计10个华北落叶松优良家系。
3033-year-old single parent progeny families of Larix Principis-rupprechtii were selected from the national Larix Principis-rupprechtii fine seed base in Jingle county of Shanxi province.By investigating the diameter at breast height and tree height,one-way ANOVA,diversity analysis,cluster analysis and multiple comparison analysis of its growth were conducted and their heritability and genetic gain were calculated.Results showed that the heritability of DBH,tree height and volume were all greater than 0.3 which indicating that there were certain selection potential in diameter at breast height,tree height and volume of single parent family of Larix Principis-rupprechtii.At the same time,the genetic gains of diameter at breast height and tree height were both greater than 20%which indicating the selection effects were significant.Based on cluster analysis and multiple comparisons analysis,a total of 10 superior families of Larix Principis-rupprechtii were selected including 7407,78025※,7816,7749,78015 Liao,7747,7810,7742,7724 and 7805.
