摘要
为探究钢纤维对混凝土力学性能的影响,通过改变钢纤维种类及掺量,试验探究钢纤维混凝土的立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度等力学性能的变化规律。结果表明,当钢纤维掺量在0.40%~0.60%之间时,掺入不同种类钢纤维的混凝土立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、轴心抗压强度、抗折强度均有一定程度的改善,其中端勾型钢纤维对劈裂抗拉强度影响最明显,剪切型钢纤维对轴心抗压强度和抗折强度的影响显著。
In order to explore the influence of steel fiber on the mechanical properties of concrete,In this paper,the mechanical property laws of cubic compressive strength,axial compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of steel fiber concrete were investigated experimentally by changing the type and dosing of steel fibers.The results show that when the content of steel fiber is between 0.4%and 0.6%,the concrete cube compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,axial compressive strength and flexural strength show a good degree of improvement,and the end hook type steel fiber has the best improvement on the splitting tensile strength.Shear steel fiber has the most obvious effect on axial compressive strength and flexural strength.
